Known for its collaborations with independent watchmakers, Louis Erard now introduces us to GoS
GoS (Gustafsson & Sjögren) a boutique watchmaker from Linköping, Sweden, that specializes in watches with Damascus steel dials. The instrument of their collaboration is the brand’s iconic Regulator that, thanks to the separation of indications, lets this unique dial shine.

Framed by a 39mm steel case, it’s forged by Conny Persson, the in-house blacksmith of GoS, and hand-finished by master watchmaker Patrik Sjögren. With a design inspired by tree veins, each dial is subjected to a special treatment that illuminates the gray tones and deepens the blacks, offering an impressive visual depth.

Against this wonderful background, three hands record the passage of hours, minutes and seconds, with the last one, at 6, taking the symbolic shape of a Celtic Triskelion. Here, Louis Erard has used salmon leather for the strap, as a reminder of the Scandinavian origins of GoS. The watch, powered by a Sellita self-winding movement which offers a power reserve of 38 hours, is available in a limited edition of 178 pieces.
